By The Sea Art Gallery: Located in the Harbour area, nestled amid shops and tourist attractions, it is a modern art gallery with private showing rooms along with the main floor of art work being exposed to the general public. Private showings both in the main area and side rooms are held, and once a month or so there is a gala when an artist is revealing their new collection. Upstairs is open and spacious, the hall in which the gala is held, in which there is a bar as well, and the windows over look the harbour. A wrap-around balcony juts out over the boardwalk beneath and adds to the modern, delicate allure of the building.

Oakdale: Open domain of the Prince with serious feeding restrictions, all recognized kindred are welcome to pass through.
Woodline Estates in Oakdale, exclusive domain of the Prince, access is forbidden.
Michell's Rec Center is recognized domain of Sheriff Sylvia Recharde, speak to her if you have reason to go there.
Jack's is recognized open domain of the Brujah and Gangrel, no-nonsense allowed, all kindred welcome.
Shamen's Island is a domain with entry upon invitation only.
Cross Estates is recognized domain of Isabella de Costa with understanding of the Prince due to the property being within the Oakdale boundary, however on the edge. Due to the complexity of the domain, it is recommended to not venture there without Ms deCosta's permission.
