Once your sheet is completed, apply 10 free points with the same costs as the original points. MARK ALL FREE POINTS AS SUCH ON YOUR SHEET. No Abilities may be above three dots before free points are spent, and no abilities at 4 without a very good reason, mortals are not perfectionists in everything. If you wish a specialty, explain why your character has it. Are they a doctor, a lawyer, a top computer analyst? Also realize that they will need to be older, established in their 'field' or are a savant and come with the inherant flaws of this gift/disability. Also note that Admin may veto your 4th point if your reasoning is not strong enough. This will also help you avoid Max/Min your stats, and trust us, if you Max/Min you will find yourself at a very strong disadvantage.
Once Embraced, you will have 2/1/0 Attribute points to spend, 3/2/2 Ability points and 5 more freebees to spend, as well as at least 4 Discipline points. The Attribute points may be spent in the areas that are best suited to your clan, and ability points must be spent in the matching areas that are 'missing' base points from.
